  3. This package falls under the Grouping Trip category. If the group size falls below our minimum requirement of 10 paying participants, we will inform our customers as per Company SOP 1 month prior to departure.
  4. Customers can choose from the following options:
    a) Reschedule the trip
    b) Receive a full refund
    c) Changing destinations or rescheduling
  5. Cuti Cuti Bajet and its agents reserve the right to change or adjust programs and revise fares without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Date changes are only allowed once and must be notified at least 9 weeks before the original travel date.
  7.  All flight and hotel arrangements are provisional and will be confirmed closer to the travel date.
  8. Sebarang perubahan berkaitan penerbangan adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Malaysia Airlines.
  9. Not all hotels can accommodate three people per room. Extra beds or mattresses (if available) will be provided in shared rooms.
  10. Flight seating is random.
  11. Room arrangements are subject to availability.
  12. It is the responsibility of tour members to ensure that their names are not on any blacklists that may prevent travel in or out of Malaysia.
  13. Cuti Cuti Budget will not be held responsible if a tour member is denied travel by immigration. Tour fees will not be refunded in such cases.
